Fuzio Universal Bistro can also bring our cuisine to you!! Whether it’s your wedding day - celebrating a birthday or just planning a special event - we have specialized catering menus to fit your needs - please ask for either Kathy or Pete for more information. The details are listed below - we are also available to customize your event to fit your needs

*we will bring the food for your special menu to you *we will setup your food selections on a self service appetizer table and your entrees in chafing dishes on a buffet table *we can also provide a full service buffet where our staff will service your guest (fill water water glasses/pre bus /etc) if no staff is provided
Additional Services
*your entree selection can be served platted for additional - $5 /pp *we can provide a setup and clean up staff to help make your special event go smoothly - $500 (we DO NOT provide glassware/ flatware/ plates or linen) *we can also provide a self - service beverage station (ice / ice tea/ water/ lemonade) - $100 (again we DO NOT provide glassware)
Pricing Details
*all outside catering events have a food and beverage minimum of $2000 and 60 ppl *depending on the location of your event - additional travel charges may apply *Pricing is per guest. Sales tax, a service fee and 25% gratuity will be added . Service fee varies depending on menu/service type and location
Reservation Requirements
*all outside catering events require a reservation three weeks prior to the event *reservations require a major credit card. 25% of the reservation proposal will be charged if the event is cancelled less than two weeks prior ti the event *an offsite catering contract must be signed three weeks prior to the event
